Celery, cucumber, ginger, and green apple. It’s refreshing, low in sugar, and easy to prep. I always get organic produce when possible.

Lately, I’ve been making kale, celery, green apple, and lemon. It’s really good!

That sounds amazing!
I usually keep it simple: beets and lemon. For every two beets, I use one lemon (with a bit of the peel left on). If I want it sweeter, I add carrots or green apple.

How much do you drink per day?
@Nico
About 8 oz in the morning, first thing after waking up.

I love beet juice!
Apple, ginger, celery, and cucumber.
- Whole pineapple (skin on!) or apples for sweetness.
- Two bunches of celery or cucumber.
- Two pounds of carrots.
- Lemons, limes, or key limes (skin on).
This makes six 16oz bottles!

Didn’t know you could juice a whole pineapple, including the skin! What’s the benefit?
@Vic
Leaving the skin on helps extract more juice, since pineapples are really juicy and soft. It also adds extra nutrients!
Carrots, apple, ginger, and jalapeño.
