Gas on glass or induction?

I had never heard of “Gas on glass” until a buddy brought it up to me recently. deciding which appliances I want and installing a new kitchen.

Although I’ve always enjoyed cooking on gas, I find it annoying how much trash it makes because of all the food particles that get stuck in the grates. It appears that the problem with gas on glass is less severe?

I have also tried induction before, and while it works well, there are instances when it irritates me since the touch screen doesn’t always detect your finger pressure when your hands are moist.

Can someone list the benefits and drawbacks of each? Which specific models would you suggest? Salutations

Cleaning a glass cooktop with gas is not much simpler. To truly access everything, you still need to remove the grates. The seamless smoothness of an induction top is unmatched.

About six months ago, we moved from gas to induction power. I would never use a gas range again.

A range that lets you remove the grates is what you would desire. I would just stick to induction if you are unable to accomplish it. And here is a person who would also die from a love of gas.
