What goods are placed on these tiny shelves? Additives? flora? Letter? It’s not by the sink, but rather by the hallway. So, no daylight… Spices don’t seem to make sense either, especially since the stove is only a few feet away. Coffee mugs, but that’s not where I would set up for coffee if there was a sink. I don’t know what to do. Has anyone had any suggestions for me?
As part of my COVID makeover, I equipped one of my new cabinets with side shelves. Thus, not simply outdated cabinets.
Usually, they just become overly cluttered. Remove the shelves if it’s wide enough, and try to find a wine rack that you can attach to it. or cover and utilize for recipe books
Tiny hallway shelves are an excellent way to bring both flair and functionality to your room. Because there is no natural light and it is not a suitable location for coffee or spices, you might fill it with artificial plants, small vases, or even a few decorative items such as sculptures. Framed photos or postcards would provide a personal touch, while candles or a diffuser may provide a pleasant smell. You could also use the shelves to keep track of mail, keys, or sunglasses so they’re easily accessible as you go out the door. Combining decor and functional objects could help these shelves stand out.
@Hudson That’s probably what I’ll do with it…. the junk I mean. I’m in recovery so a wine rack won’t do. lol.
@Gordon A pull-out spice rack could be an additional choice. Also, congrats on your recovery
