Staff meal today… salmorejo de jueyes and coconut semola? Anyone tried this?

Caribbean-inspired salmorejo with peppers, onions, tomato sofrito, and of course, crab. Added some bacon bits, black olives, and jackfruit for extra texture. The grits are made from yellow cornmeal cooked in coconut milk and lobster stock, with a good mix of dry adobo, butter, salt, and pepper for seasoning.




This is new to me but if it has crabmeat and coconut milk, I’m all in :yum:
