I’m reorganizing my toolbox at work, but it’s getting out of hand… I think I have way too many things. Wondering if anyone else has this problem!
Five peelers? (Yup… there’s a joke in there somewhere) And who needs that many tweezers?
What’s up with that stone with the angled slots? And what’s the tool that looks like pliers and the item right next to it?
That stone is actually for fixing the sharpening stones, then I’ve got fish boning tweezers, and that’s a paring knife I haven’t even used yet.
Oh, got it… thought they might be boning tweezers but that tip protector on the knife threw me off.
The sheer amount of offset pastry spatulas and cake testers with no bench scraper is kind of messing with my head right now .
I’m not a chef or anything, so just curious… what’s the tool at the top left, next to the wine opener? And what’s the brass tool by the pliers?
Top left is a puntarelle cutter, and the brass tool is a fish scaler.
Tiny metal spoon!
Anyone catch the reference?
Do you know what brand those peelers are? I’m tired of buying ones that break after a month.
They’re Kuhn Rikon, you can find them on Amazon for pretty cheap.
Does Applebee’s let you take breaks like this?
Alright, Mr. Fancy over here.
Me, Mr. Fancy? Your top 5 chefs don’t have gear like this!
Shows how much you know, my chef ranking is purely based on their offset spatula collection.
